What is a special use permit for property? That usually has to do with your zoning and land use as far as getting a special permit. You may need to have a special permit to have a, to serve alcohol, have a bar as far as that’s concerned. That’s the one that leaps to mind, but it has to do with a special exception or a special use permit to serve alcoholic beverages or certain restrictions that you can’t be within 1,000 feet of a church or school and so they look at that or if you want an exception to that.
