Tyler joined the Law Office of Roland D. Waller in the fall of 2014. He completed his bachelor's degree in Business Organization and Leadership in 2019 and has a certification in Project Management. Josie Ocasio joined Waller & Mitchell as a Litigation Paralegal in 2011. Before joining our firm, she was employed as a Paralegal at a Tampa-based law firm, assisting the managing partner in all facets of family law litigation, foreclosure litigation and civil litigation. Josie has more than 17 years of experience in the legal field.
In 1994, she obtained an Associates of Arts Degree from Okaloosa-Walton Community College in Niceville, Florida, and in 1999 she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
In her spare time, Josie enjoys being a mother and spending time with her family.
