Grace has been with Waller & Mitchell for over 18 years and is currently a Real Estate Paralegal. She is a Florida Registered Paralegal. Outside of the office she especially enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is an avid fan of the University of Alabama football team!

Marion T. Rodgers, is a Real Estate Paralegal with the Law Office of Roland D. Waller, since November, 2016. In May of 2012 she started working for a foreclosure Attorney Daniel Consuegra, in Tampa before changing to a title company in 2015; which handled title work for mortgage refinancing on properties throughout the United States. In 2008, she graduated from Empire State College, State University of New York, with an Associate of Science degree in Business with a minor in Human Resources. In 2010, she graduated from Everest University with an Associates of Science degree in Paralegal Studies. In November of 2014 she earned her title of NALA Certified Paralegal and in July, 2018 she earned her NALA Advanced Certified Paralegal in Land Use. She is also a Florida Licensed Title Agent and holds a Florida Real Estate License. She moved to Florida in August of 2004 from Dutchess County, New York. She has settled in Pasco County, Florida with her husband, son, dogs, and cat. She loves animals and hiking in our local and state parks.
Susan A. Bohm joined our firm as a Trusts and Estates Paralegal in January, 2014, providing the administration of trusts and estates. She has been employed in the legal profession for 33 years, handling bankruptcy, real estate, litigation, family law, probate and guardianship cases. Susan completed paralegal training at Paralegal Careers, in Tampa Florida in 1987. Susan has attended numerous continuous educational seminars to include real estate, litigation and estate administration, and was a volunteer with the State of Florida Guardian ad Litem program for 5 years.
Susan also has a background in police and firematic training and service. Susan has been married to her high school sweetheart Richard, for 49 years. They have resided in Florida for 35 years and have 2 wonderful sons, two beautiful daughters-in-law, 4 adorable grandchildren and 1 sweet great-grandchild. Susan and Richard enjoy their weekends cruising their motor home all over Florida finding amusing and noteworthy places and meeting new and energizing people.
Cathy Joined the Waller & Mitchell team in early 2014 and assists primarily in the the Probate department. She assists the attorneys with all aspects of Elder Law including Estate Planning, Guardianship, Trusts, and Medicaid Planning.
She enjoys working with our clients to finalize their Estate Planning documents and coordinate details of their Guardianship, Medicaid Plans, and Trust Administration.
Cathy and her husband have lived in New Port Richey since 1989, they have two married sons, and two grandchildren.
Tyler joined the Law Office of Roland D. Waller in the fall of 2014. He completed his bachelor's degree in Business Organization and Leadership in 2019 and has a certification in Project Management. He is looking forward to continuing his education to further develop his skill set in business and the legal field. He assists attorneys with Estate Planning, Small Claims Litigation, Corporations, and LLCs. When not working or going to school, Tyler enjoys kayaking, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Josie Ocasio joined Waller & Mitchell as a Litigation Paralegal in 2011. Before joining our firm, she was employed as a Paralegal at a Tampa-based law firm, assisting the managing partner in all facets of family law litigation, foreclosure litigation and civil litigation. Josie has more than 17 years of experience in the legal field.
In 1994, she obtained an Associates of Arts Degree from Okaloosa-Walton Community College in Niceville, Florida, and in 1999 she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
In her spare time, Josie enjoys being a mother and spending time with her family.
