My review of your contract before you sign is the most effective way for me to protect your interest in the purchase of Real Estate. The contract is the “road map” to acquiring Real Estate. A buyer will need to have the property inspected, arrange for financing, surveys, insurance, and know what costs they will have at closing. I will review the closing documents to make sure there are no liens on the property, and you are not charged fees that are not specified in the contract. I will discuss the printed portions of the contract and what closing costs are customary for the buyer and seller to pay.
