I have been admitted to practice law in all Florida Courts, as well as in the United States Supreme Court. I am a Board-Certified Real Estate Attorney and have been for the past 35 years.
Roland D. “Chip” Waller, a Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer, practices law in New Port Richey, Florida. Mr. Waller graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a B.S. in accounting and obtained his J.D. degree from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law.
Mr. Waller’s dedication to the area of real property law, with an emphasis on commercial and residential real estate closings, is evidenced by the fact that he has handled more than 15,000 real property transactions.
His practice includes drafting of wills, handling of estates, preparation, and administration of trusts, establishment of corporations and other business organizations, and real estate litigation with a primary emphasis on mortgage foreclosures representing various banking institutions as well as individuals.
Mr. Waller served as Chairman of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar Association. He began serving on the Executive Council in 1974, as Treasurer, Chair of the Liaison with Title Insurers Committee, and Director of the Real Property Division. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida Legal Education Association and Florida Lawyer’s Support Services, Inc. and is a Fellow of American College of Real Estate Lawyers. His honors include Law & Politics' Florida Super Lawyers in 2007 and Florida Trend's 2007 Florida's Legal Elite.
